Massage Services Policies

1. Booking and Reservations:

· All massage sessions must be booked in advance.

· To reserve a session, clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $50 USD, which will be deducted from the total cost of the service.

2. Cancellation Policy:

· Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

· Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total session cost.

3. No-Show Policy:

· Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the total session cost.

4. Late Arrival Policy:

· Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointments to receive the full duration of their session.

· Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to ensure punctuality for subsequent appointments.

5. Payment Policy:

· Payment for massage services can be made in cash or via credit/debit card.

· The remaining balance after deducting the deposit must be settled at the beginning of the session.

6. Refund Policy:

· Deposits are non-refundable.

· Refunds for prepaid sessions will be issued only in cases where cancellations are made within the specified notice period of 5 days.

7. Client Conduct:

· Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner during the massage session.

· Any inappropriate behavior or harassment towards the massage therapist will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client will be liable for the full session cost.

8. Health and Safety:

· Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies that may affect their massage session.

· The massage therapist reserves the right to refuse or modify services based on the client's health status for safety reasons.

9. Confidentiality:

· Client information and session details will be kept strictly confidential, in accordance with privacy laws and professional ethics.

10. Feedback and Concerns:

· Clients are encouraged to provide feedback about their experience to help us improve our services.

· Any concerns or complaints should be addressed directly to management for prompt resolution.
